Montagna dei Fiori is an 1,814-meter peak in the Abruzzo Apennines, located on the border with the Marche region, into which it partially extends.
It is the only massif in Central Italy situated just 30 km from the sea. At an elevation of approximately 1,115 meters above sea level, it is home to the village of San Giacomo, a hub for various hiking excursions and the location of the area's main tourist facilities, which operate in both summer and winter. Ski facilities are located at an altitude of 1,426 meters; these consist of a chairlift and a moving walkway that reach an elevation of 1,643 meters, all accessible via an unpaved road.
